Description

KiddyTumblers is a recreational gymnastics and tumbling extra mural.

Gymnastics and tumbling are an important and fundamental element in the developments of your child's physical and mental skills.

Not only is gymnastics and tumbling a great sport for physical fitness and strength, it is an amazing sport to strengthen the mind too!

My program is specifically designed for pre-school level and is based on proven international practice and techniques.

The program is designed to improve a variety of skills such as;
- Gross motor skills
- Concentration and Focus
- Co-ordination
- Low muscle tone
- Balance
- Rhythm
- Posture
- Flexibility
- Strength
- Spatial Relations
- Midline Crossing

Each class starts with a warm up session followed by some basic stretching and strengthening. We will focus on 1 new skills every month, play development games and end each class with a cool down session.
Although the classes are fun orientated, basic discipline is maintained.

Progress reports are handed out midyear so parents can monitor their child's progress and there is an annual prize giving.
