We at Henri Eksteen Fight Club also known as The Africa International Bushido Freestyle Karate-do and Mixed Martial Arts Institute situated in Polokwane Limpopo South Africa, offer our members the absolute ultimate solution within the field of all Martial Arts activity. From Karate-do art to Mixed Martial Arts/Cage fighting & Promotions to Mixed Martial Arts extreme fitness boot camps to overall General Well-being within all aspects of the inclusion of Combat Self Defense tactics. Within the Karate-do art division, we specialize in an extremely disciplined regimented training format which originates from the classical traditional concepts of the Okinawan way of Bushido - meaning The Way of the Warrior - and we include the competitive side of Sport - Karate too. Our organization enrolls kids from as young as 4 years up and until adults of any age group, any shape, size, form, and sexes. Our training is based on a unique formality combining of ALL the Japanese styles combined that the Dojo Head and founder, Soke Henri Eksteen (10th Dan) has mastered throughout his 44-year journey within this specific field of the Martial Arts. Within the Cage Fighting division, this training routine is more so on the hardcore side of extreme fighting tactics covering ALL forms of the Martial Arts including Karate, Brazilian Jujitsu, Judo, Wrestling, Muay-Thai, Kickboxing, Boxing etc. is specifically tailored for those who want to fight in the competitive arena within the Octagon or Hexagon Professional or Amateur. MMA Boot camps are for those individual all who want to learn the martial arts as a form of self-defense but having fun at the same time PLUS of course achieving optimal results as far as fitness, health-related issues, and others aspects are concerned whereby this intensive fitness routine is based upon. In closure, Eksteen is a holder of multiple High Dan gradings and various international martial arts achievements including that of an international Hall of Famer.
