Description

Flairs Gymnastics offers recreation gymnastics classes to children from 18 months of age. Our internationally qualified coaches will teach your son or daughter to not only do skills and routines on the floor, bar, beam and vault, but also on mini trampoline, p-bars, rope skipping and aerobics. The motto of Flairs is 'fun, fitness and friendship" in the Flairs family.

The vision of Flairs is to see a generation of young people reaping the benefits of a disciplined and healthy lifestyle using gymnastics as a tool to improve strength, coordination, discipline, individual & team work, respect and self-confidence.

The gymnasts will take part in a Flairs Apparatus Testing at the end of the year where they will receive a medal to keep them working towards a goal.

A free trial lesson is available to see if you enjoy the classes.
